The Happy and Well@Work Conference 2022 (HAWWC) is an organisation dedicated to highlighting the contribution of Occupational (and Business Psychologists) to professional practice and happiness and wellbeing in the workplace.
On Thursday 13th January 2022, the virtual HAWWC will provide an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators across the globe to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered, and solutions adopted in the fields of happiness and wellbeing at work.
This unique virtual conference is an exceptional opportunity for professionals and students to learn from experienced and innovative international practitioners about effective strategies and best practices for improving and supporting our own and others’ happiness and wellbeing in the workplace.
Papers and presentations will cover themes such as: flexibility, purpose, impact, motivation, resilience, whole-self, and flow in the workplace.
We all want to be happy and well at work, so why not come along!
Tickets for the Happy and Well@Work Conference can be purchased at: https://www.theoppractice.com/toppievents_254252.html. Covered in the ticket price is access to all presentation and discussion events across the day, and access to the Special Journal Issues of our OP in Practice publication.
We also welcome submission to the conference on the above topics from practicing Occupational/Business Psychologists or Occupational/Business Psychology Students who may have exciting unpublished research to present on happiness and wellbeing in the workplace!
