Overall, I had an excellent experience and appreciate the effort that went into organizing the event, and I really appreciated how the facilitator took the time to answer everyone's questions in a clear and concise manner. The facilitator was well-informed and engaging, and I would be interested in attending workshops in the future.

Just a quick note to say many thanks for a really well run and facilitated BPS Test User Qualification course. I found the course really engaging and energising. Even through some of the concepts were familiar to me, it made me think more deeply about the benefits of using psychometric tests for selection and development with different categories of people. The care needed when planning for, administering and providing feedback on psychometric tests came out very strongly, in order to ensure test takers are put at their ease and we can be clear about the integrity of the results. The benefits of being coached by Michelle are multifaceted.  It has enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of my personal strengths and positive contribution I make to my current role, which has helped to dissolve the imposter syndrome which I had always battled with.
