This seminar content will be devoted to discussing concepts such as resilience and mental toughness. Generally speaking, resilience and mental toughness defines an ability for individuals to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change, which is of importance to us in terms of how we manage our personal and working lives. As well as exploring the different ways in which such concepts are defined, we will be exploring research concerning their effect, and then the seminars will be used to introduce you to various ways in which you can develop your resilience and mental toughness.
